Q: WHAT CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED? |
A: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, And American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |
Q: WHAT IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT? |
A: If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Our policy is to inform you via email of any item(s) that may be out of stock. We will wait 24hrs to hear back to see if you would prefer an exchange or refund. If we do not hear back during that time, we will refund the out of stock item and ship the rest, so as not to further delay the arrival time on your order. Likewise, as we do not ship on weekends, we may not allow the complete 24hrs on a Friday (we do our best to have ALL orders shipped out before the day is done!), so you don't have to wait all weekend to have your order processed. |
Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? |
A: An email will always be sent out when an order is received and when order status changes. Unfulfilled: Your order has been received and is in processing. Fulfilled: Your order has been fulfilled and will soon ship out. Once your order ships out you will receive a tracking number via email. |
